SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Please note that shipping does not include insurance. If you want your delivery to be covered, just let us know, and we can arrange it for you for an additional cost. So, why wait? Place your order now and take advantage of our affordable shipping rates.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

To deliver international orders, we work with the Australia Post shipping company. The shipping costs for such orders may differ based on the country of destination and the chosen delivery method. 

Some countries may require customs quarantine until an additional fee is paid to release the parcel. It is advisable to check the applicable customs laws of the destination country before placing an order. 

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

As a confirmation of your order, we will send an email to your inbox. Kindly retain this email as proof of purchase.

We understand that sometimes you may not be available to receive your order at home. If you have any special instructions for delivery, please do not hesitate to let us know. We can even leave your order in a safe place if you prefer.

TRACKING ORDERS

All orders delivered in Australia from Southern Cross Hemp come with a tracking number. If your order is taking longer than expected, just reach out to our customer service and get your issues resolved right away. 

Note: If you want to change your delivery address, make sure to do it before shipping the next day. This will ensure a hassle-free delivery process.

DELIVERY TIMES

We offer quick delivery services. It is our top priority to dispatch your order within 2 to 3 business days. After dispatch, the delivery time will depend on your chosen delivery service and Postcode. However, for an international delivery, you can expect your order to arrive within 6 to 7 days.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Our prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We don’t charge our customers any additional fees or taxes. We offer a range of payment options on our Checkout page, but we highly recommend direct deposit into our bank account to save you and us additional fees. Direct deposit can be done via:

  • Internet banking
  • Phone banking
  • In person at the bank 

We kindly request that you use this method for an effective payment experience. 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We also accept returns. So, if you have ordered the wrong item, no worries – we are here to fix it. Just send back the item within 14 days in its unopened, original condition, and we will gladly swap it for what you need. It is applicable for national and international orders.

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we'll also give you a full refund, and return postage will also be paid.
